We handle customer support inquries between 10 am and 5 p.m. Monday through Friday, U.S. Mountain Time.
We do not answer very many reqeusts on the weekends - however we do check in to make sure there is nothing time-critical (e.g., someone did not receive their one-day transcription on Friday.)
We only provide online support, a very small company and with limited resource phone support is not feasable. We try to have responsive email support and have a goal of responding to all requests within 1 business day.
